Civico 237 Bed & Breakfast is a real gem! The room was super clean and modern, with a comfy bed and a fantastic location just a short walk from Napoli Central Train Station. The location is very convenient for exploring Naples.
I was extremely disappointed with the communication regarding the free airport taxi. It never arrived, and I had to scramble to find an alternative last minute. Also, the noise from the main road made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I was exhausted from the lack of rest during my stay.

the location was charming, yet the noise from the street was so intense, I might as well have been in a rock concert. breakfast? a sad croissant voucher, I expected at least a fresh pastry. oddly enough, no one offered me an upgrade, which is the least one could do after such a tragic experience. I just couldn’t give a good review.
